Our Talent Acquisition team will review your resume to confirm you have the right experience and qualifications to excel in that position, before shortlisting the most qualified candidates. Everyone who applies for a job at Qnity will receive a response from us as soon as possible.
Introduction conversation
For some roles, a member of our Talent Acquisition team may reach out for a follow-up call. It’s a chance for us to learn more about your background and for you to ask questions about Qnity. We want to make sure the fit feels right on both sides.
Interview
Once we’ve confirmed mutual interest, you’ll be invited to an interview, where you’ll meet with a Hiring Manager and other potential team members. Most interviews will consist of behavioral-based questions, and in some cases an assessment that will allow us to learn more about you.
Offer
Congratulations! You are the successful applicant. Once you have accepted our offer, we'll send you a welcome pack which will help you get to know your new team and what to expect when you start.
