Important note to job seekers: avoid recruitment scams

Qnity has been alerted to fraudulent activity where individuals pretending to represent Qnity are emailing employment offer letters and contracts to prospective job seekers. The documents appear legitimate and may include a job description, salary, and benefits details. After extending the fictitious offer, these individuals ask for direct payment via money transfer to pay for fictitious onboarding services. 

If you suspect a communication or job offer is fraudulent, please review the guidance below:

  1. Qnity will never ask for any form of direct payment to process immigration documents, arrange visas, book travel, or to initiate background checks. Do not send money at any time to a Qnity employee, or anyone claiming to be a representative of Qnity .
  2. Legitimate information regarding job opportunities with Qnity can always be found on our career site at www.qnityelectronics.com/careers.html. In order to be considered for a position at Qnity you will always be directed to formally apply for the job via our career site.
  3. Qnity will only ever contact you from a verifiable @qnityelectronics.com email address. Verify the email address is legitimate.  We will never use Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail or any other non-official email account to communicate with potential candidates.
  4. If you have additional concerns about potential fraudulent activity, consult the “Help” section of whatever platform an individual reached out to you on (e.g. LinkedIn, Glassdoor, etc.).

All Qnity job openings are posted to our careers page and are searchable by keyword, location, category and job type. Find one that matches your criteria and click “Apply.” After accepting Qnity’s Privacy Agreement (Terms and Conditions), you’ll be prompted to upload your resume or CV and complete the application steps. At the end of the application you have the option to create an account and review your data at any time, accessing the Candidate Home.

Yes, you need an email address to create an account. If you don’t have an email address yet, you can sign up for a free email account at www.gmail.com, www.yahoo.com, www.hotmail.com

You have the option to set up job alerts based on search criteria. Use the "Refine your search" filters in the Search Jobs page and enter your email address to create a job alert. You can create a daily, weekly and monthly alerts. You can decide to modify the job alert or unsubscribe at any time, using links embedded in the job alert emails.

Job Alerts created from the Search page will generate job recommendations based on the filters the you used the Search page at the time of submission. You will receive Job Alert emails based on the preferred cadence that you had selected when creating the alert.

If you wish to change your alert configuration, you should submit a new Job Alert request using different search filters. Additionally, you can stop receiving alerts using the unsubscribe link on the job alert email.​​​​

From the job alert email that you have received, there is a link to unsubscribe from receiving job alerts.

Yes, you can apply to more than one job at the same time. It’s best to ensure you meet the minimum qualifications of each job you’re applying for.

No, there’s no limit to the number of jobs you can apply for.

To be able to view your resume and application you will need to complete a candidate home account registration. Qnity does not require to create an account to complete an application, but you can decide to complete your candidate registration at the end of your application by clicking on "Create Account".

After you’ve applied, you’ll get an email acknowledgment that we’ve received your application.

Our recruiters will review your qualifications with hiring managers to determine if your skills are a good match for the position. If you’re a match, a recruiter may reach out to discuss next steps.

Our recruiters do their best to review the candidate pool for all open positions in a timely manner. We appreciate your patience.

On the login page, enter your email address and click “Forgot Your Password?” You’ll be asked to re-enter your email address. Once you submit, you’ll get an email with instructions to reset your password if an account exists for that email address.

As soon as you accept the apply Terms and Conditions and initiate a job application, some data will be stored in our Candidate Relationship Management system even if you did complete all the steps. You can return to the specific job posting and click Apply Now to complete the rest of the steps until you click "Submit" to send us your application.​​​​​​​

Your resume and contact data will be updated if you select to apply to a new job and you submit a new resume and updated information, with the exception of your email address which should match the previous email address. 

To update your email address, you should complete your registration by creating a candidate account after your application was submitted. You will be able to change your email address from your candidate "profile" on the account.

If you have joined our Talent Community without a job application; you can submit updated information,  resume or preferences through the Talent Community form.

When you receive email directly from Qnity, the sender’s email address will always end in qnityelectronics.com. If it doesn’t, it may be fraudulent. When you send an email directly to Qnity, the recipient’s email address will always end in qnityelectronics.com. If it doesn’t, it may be fraudulent.

Applications for posts advertised through Qnity Job Portal provide a secure portal for you to enter your details as part of our standard hiring process.

Be cautious of generic emails, misspellings, or jobs posted on unknown third party websites.

Upon your request, we will deactivate or remove your personal information from our active databases, although some information may be retained as permitted under applicable law.
